Quality system – food safety  In order to ensure food safety at all our establishments, we implement a set of test parameters related to quality and hygiene.

Monitoring is regularly carried out by independent bodies:  

Qualitazur, an independent consultant for food safety and hygiene, conducts monthly checks in order to ensure compliance with hygiene rules at all our establishments. Qualitazur provides HACCP follow-up audits, on-site quality controls, guidance for implementing corrective action, checking the smooth running and integrity of the cold chain, etc. Furthermore, throughout the year, checks and sampling are conducted by the Alpes-Maritimes Departmental Veterinary Laboratory (the laboratory is COFRAC certified for some analyses).
